About your request details.
When you request a quote, you share information so Mayar can understand the work and contact you about it.
What you provide
The request form collects your name, phone number, email address, service address, property type, selected services and any details you add. You can include a business name and optional counts or extras.
Please leave out payment card numbers, passwords, gate codes and other access credentials.
How the information is used
Mayar uses your details to assess the request, discuss a quote, arrange agreed work and maintain the related service records. Agreeing to contact about a request is not permission for marketing messages.
The website stores your request and prepares a copy for Frontwalk, the application Mayar is setting up for service follow-up. Receiving a request does not confirm an appointment or take a payment.
The services behind the website
Cloudflare hosts the website and its request storage. Its security check helps protect the form from automated submissions. Frontwalk receives enquiry details when the request is delivered to the connected account.
Your request details are not displayed in the public project gallery. Keep private quote links to yourself: someone with a working private link may be able to view the related document.
Questions or corrections
Contact Mayar if you need to correct your details, ask about information held for your request, or request its removal. Include your request reference if you have it; do not send passwords or payment card details.
